1. Agreement to Terms

Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to decline service requests at our sole discretion.
4. Estimates & Proposals
Non-Binding: Estimates and proposals are non-binding unless explicitly signed by an authorized representative of LoVolt Technologies.
Accuracy: Estimates are based on information provided by you and conditions observed during initial assessment. Final pricing may change if site conditions, scope, or materials differ from the estimate.
Validity Period: Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices and availability may change after the validity period.
5. Service Agreements & Payments
Terms: Service terms, pricing, timeline, and responsibilities will be documented in a written service agreement or invoice.
Payment Terms: Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of services. Accepted payment methods will be specified in the service agreement.
Late Payments: Accounts not paid within the agreed timeframe may incur late fees and suspension of future services.
Deposits: A deposit may be required for large or custom projects, as specified in the agreement.
6. Cancellation & Changes
Project Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be provided in writing. Cancellation may result in charges for labor already performed, materials ordered, and applicable penalties, as detailed in the service agreement.
Project Changes: Changes to scope, timeline, or specifications must be documented in writing and may affect pricing and timeline.
7. Warranties & Disclaimers
A. Limited Warranty
LoVolt Technologies warrants that:
Work performed will be completed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards.
Materials supplied will be fit for their intended purpose and free from defects under normal use.
Warranty period for materials and installation is typically one (1) year from completion, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
B. Exclusions
Warranties do not cover:
Damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modification.
Equipment or systems supplied by you or third parties.
Normal wear and tear, power surges, or environmental factors beyond our control.
Third-party software, firmware, or services not installed or configured by LoVolt Technologies.
Issues arising from customer failure to follow maintenance or operational guidelines.
C. Disclaimer of Other Warranties
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED ABOVE, LOVOLT TECHNOLOGIES MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS."
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
LoVolt Technologies shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Loss of profits, data, business interruption, or revenue.
Damages arising from third-party actions, equipment, or services.
Costs of substitute goods or services.
MAXIMUM LIABILITY: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim, or $500, whichever is less.
These limitations apply even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of LoVolt Technologies or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written permission.
10. Third-Party Content & Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or reference third-party products and services. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for third-party content, accuracy, or practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LoVolt Technologies, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

12. Confidentiality
Information you share with us regarding your business, network, or security systems may be treated as confidential. LoVolt Technologies agrees not to disclose such information to unauthorized third parties, except as required by law or as necessary to complete your service. Notwithstanding our confidentiality obligations, you understand that certain information may be referenced in case studies, references, or testimonials with your consent.
13. Technical Support & Maintenance
Scope: Technical support is limited to systems installed or configured by LoVolt Technologies.
Availability: Support is provided during normal business hours. Emergency support may be available for critical issues (subject to additional fees).
Limitations: We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party software, user error, or equipment beyond our scope of work.
14. Compliance with Laws
You agree to use the Site and our services in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. LoVolt Technologies complies with Texas regulations, including requirements related to security system licensing (Texas Private Security License B07325401).
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
Before pursuing formal legal action, we encourage parties to attempt resolution through informal discussion or mediation.
16. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site and services if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful or unlawful.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, along with any signed service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and LoVolt Technologies regarding the use of the Site and our services.
